As part of investing in myself in 2021, I’ve undertaken an additional 6 month coaching course. I’ve been working with a fantastic coaching company called Positive Intelligence Inc. This has helped me to build on my existing 6 years of coaching experience by equipping me to become a Positive Mental Fitness Coach.

As a mum I know you want to do the best you can and be happy about that. To do this, do you need a strong mind or a weak mind? Through Positive Mental Fitness I can help you to learn simple techniques to strengthen your mind, so that you can increase your capacity to respond to the challenges of life with a positive mindset rather than a negative one.

Building your Positive Mental Fitness muscles will help you to:

  • Nip negativity in the bud
  • Be equipped to stop shouting at your kids
  • Respond well when the sh1t hits the fan
  • Strengthen the quality of your personal and professional relationships

Your mind is constantly sabotaging your potential for happiness and performance. All your negative emotions, including stress, are the result of self-sabotage. The tools I share, strengthen the part of your brain that serves you and quietens the part that sabotages you. This is called Mental Fitness.
